Suggested Use:

Mix contents of one (1) sachet in 8 – 12 oz of cold water and consume daily.

Branched Chain Amino Acids: The branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) (leucine, isoleucine, and valine ) are nutritionally essential in that they cannot be synthesized endogenously by humans and must be supplied by diet. They differ from other essential amino acids in that the liver lacks the enzymes necessary for their catabolism 

Micronized Creatine Monohydrate: Micronized describes a kind of creatine monohydrate. The term "micronized" means the granules' size or fineness are very small. Because of this, it dissolves more easily in liquid forming liquid form, and some claim it is easier on their stomachs. 

L-Glutamine:  An amino acid that may help with many bodily functions, including digestion, immune system health, and muscle growth. 

Caffeine:  A central nervous system stimulant found in plants such as coffee, tea, cocoa, and guarana.
